The members of the Decolonial Research Group (decoco) and friends performed at the stop 3 of Decolonial Flânerie 2022 a text & music fusion performance, where the words of W.E.B Du Bois ‘Darkwater’ filled the melody of the song ‘The right to live in peace’ by the Chilean composer Victor Jara, to intersect both revolutionary claims for peace filled by the same liberation spirit, though separated in time.
Die Mitglieder der Decolonial Research Group (decoco) und ihre Freunde präsentierten an Stopp 3 der Decolonial Flânerie 2022 eine Performance aus Text und Musik, bei der die Worte von W.E.B Du Bois "Darkwater" die Melodie des Liedes "The right to live in peace" des chilenischen Komponisten Victor Jara füllten, um die beiden revolutionären Friedensforderungen, die vom gleichen Befreiungsgeist erfüllt sind, obwohl sie zeitlich getrennt sind, miteinander zu verbinden.
