Counter-mapping Days: Public Assembly

The Amo Collective Berlin is delighted to invite you to our Public Assembly on Monday, July 1st, at 6.00 p.m! Join us at the Amo Salon and Garden at the Humboldt University's Institute for European Ethnology for an evening of sharing our ongoing work on the project.

In this public gathering, we invite you to take a look at the process and methods of our work, as we want to hear from you in a space of warm gathering and lively exchange. We appreciate your interest in participating!

Introduction and preview of the July 12-14 Counter-mapping Days Event.

Counter-mapping Days curator Nicole Pearson will discuss sensation as a counter-mapping tool featuring workshop facilitator Melody Howe’s video “Joy’’. 

Contributions from two of the event’s facilitators:
Amanda Becker – Choral workshop introduction & song performance from her bell hooks “All About Love” project
Moses März – Start with feeling: A personal reflection on counter-mapping.

Counter-mapping practice:
At different Salon-tables, we will engage in way-finding as a tool for imagination and connection.
